All prices are in £ sterling. We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time and without prior notification.
Your order is normally dispatched on or the next day after we receive your order. We will send you an email to confirm the dispatch details. .
Our couriers - Royal Mail will deliver your order within the timescale of your chosen delivery method. All goods will easily fit through a standard letter box.
All orders for UK delivery (that clearly includes NI) will be delivered FREE of charge.
Orders for the rest of Europe (including Ireland) incur a delivery charge of £2.50.
For orders to countries outside of Europe there is a delivery charge of £3.00.
When sending an order back for refund, we do not refund the postage charge.
Exchanging and Returning Goods
If an item proves to be faulty please contact us with the details; we will supply a pre-paid bag for the return of the item and you may choose to receive a refund or a replacement item if you wish. Should we send out an incorrect item in error please contact us immediately; we will endeavour to supply the correct item together with a pre-paid bag for the return of the incorrect item (providing you are happy and able to visit a Post Office).
Should you find on receipt of your parcel that something is unsuitable you may return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days, providing you have not damaged the goods or internal packaging. Goods must be returned unused in original packaging, with labels intact, in new condition and with proof of purchase (your invoice acts as proof of purchase) and brief details of the required action i.e. exchange as per email or refund requested as per email.
We are only able to offer our Customers a refund against unsuitable items if we can offer the unsuitable returned item as new again. If on receipt of your return it is apparent that you have failed to comply with our terms and conditions the goods will not be refunded and will be returned to you at your own expense.
We are not responsible for goods in transit to us. When sending a return parcel you may ask for a Proof of Posting Certificate, from any Post Office on request, or you may choose to pay for an additional service if you wish.
You may cancel your order by contacting us by email at any time prior to dispatch; if your parcel has already been dispatched you may return the unused goods to receive a refund as is your right - your 'cooling off' period which ends on the 8th day after you received your parcel
